The brand new Miramar Multi-Service Complex is now ready for our community’s enjoyment. This 38,000 square foot state of the art building located at 6700 Miramar Parkway (formerly City Hall) is a hub of activity and resources for our residents of all ages.
This new facility is located in the heart of historic Miramar, and is a proud addition to our beautiful neighborhoods. This new complex houses a wide variety of wonderful services to enrich lives and bring our residents together.
We have worked very hard to meticulously plan this campus with the needs of all of our residents at the forefront. This center is a comprehensive Social Services Center with amenities such as a banquet hall, a computer l
ab, arts & crafts, and an aerobics room.
To go one step further, this complex was designed with your health needs as a priority.
For that reason, we teamed up with Mem
orial Healthcare to allow for a primary healthcare clinic for eligible residents.
Further conveniences to the neighborhood include the new and improved Fire Rescue Station #19, a utility bill payment drive-thru and a transit hub. This remarkable transit hub accommodates services from Broward County Mass Transit Bus Service, Miramar Community Bus Service, and Senior Transportation Services. The Miramar Multi-Service Complex offers a great location in that it is situated in the heart of South Florida, and is conveniently located for your guests and vendors. The Multi-Service Complex Banquet Hall fits your rental needs, no matter what the occasion. The hall will accommodate a variety of events from conferences and corporate events to wedding receptions and quinceañeras. This new facility opened in January of 2009 and is state of the art in design and utility. The ballroom is adorned with four beautiful chandeliers and includes a stage; drop down screen and full kitchen. This gorgeous space seats 200 guests with tables and chairs without a dance floor and 180 with a dance floor. Three hundred guests can be accommodated using auditorium style seating.
For those planning a more intimate gathering, the Miramar Multi-Service Complex also houses another ideal space. Our Multi-Purpose Room has a seating capacity of 50 and includes a counter and sink for those who wish to use it. The natural lighting and inviting atmosphere that this area offers are the perfect addition to your event.
